Hello, I have an Idea about new game mode

even though I'm not a beta tester, but I saw many of world of warship videos at youtube so I have some in my mind

 

Here some of them:

 

Scenario Mode

maybe some like mission mode, which is have different winning condition for each team, like Team A winning condition is to make at least one supply ship arrive at X safely, while Team B winning condition is about prevent it. Or something like Team A must defend harbour and Team B must capture the harbour by destroying defense point in the harbour?

 

Historical Mode

Like reenact the battle situation at WWII, like Battle of Midway while they have pre condition slot for each team ship, for example IJN should have 4 carrier, 2 battleship, etc (something like that)

 

Co-Op Mode

well this one influenced by popular Kancolle games, when all of the player killing some strong AI group (well can be another ship, ridiculously higher stat monster/alien ship) which must have a planning ahead to win

 

That some of my idea, anyone here has same idea like mine?

scenario mode:

 

unlikely because BB will just blow the supply ship from afar, easy for the attacking team

 

historical mode:

 

it will take sometime in queue if one ship class has low or no ships in the queue. example if all queuing carriers already started the matched, the late one will wait until the match is over (about 15 mins) or wait till another carriers will join the queue

 

but i like kinda that co-op mode for fun

Co-op mode already exists and is the default game mode for new players until they gain a player level (or two) that unlocks PvP. It's basically a mirror match between players and AI.

Well, the bots seem better than the average player, sooo...

 

haha i agree. well they're forming fleets and rain you some salvos while some human players are going anywhere or too far away in the map making them useless in battle 

if i may add, they should use the "coop boss mode" where the ai was OP and the ship they use are the spaceships from the april events hahaha

Historical mode...

 

I'm not entirely sure, but didn't WoT had historical battle mode? And got removed because it's not popular.

 

Historical mode is just going to be this: Japanophiles, weeaboos and KanCollers trying to alter what happened on battle of midway and the battle of leyte gulf (all of the four primary phases of that battle) even if it's just in game. What's going to happen, IJN ship would have a lot of players queuing up while USN ships are close to nil.

 

Well at least players of USN can try and alter their almost near defeat at the hands of the IJN during the Guadalcanal campaign.

Historical mode is just going to be this: Japanophiles, weeaboos and KanCollers trying to alter what happened on battle of midway and the battle of leyte gulf (all of the four primary phases of that battle) even if it's just in game. What's going to happen, IJN ship would have a lot of players queuing up while USN ships are close to nil.

 

Well at least players of USN can try and alter their almost near defeat at the hands of the IJN during the Guadalcanal campaign.

yeah, it will be a big prob in queue and match making if most players will be in ijn side than usn. the match maker will have to find a usn users to fit in historical battles, if not then it will be long and hard waiting of other to be placed in match

Scenario Mode

 

Instead of escorting it to safety, why not just make it invulnerable and the mission is to capture the supply ship or eliminate all the enemy, but this time the ship/capture target is moving around the map

Forcing to move The Clustering method that we talking about in another post

 

But the problem are

- What will happen if we hit it with shells, torps, or bombs?

- What will happen if we Ram with allied ship and with enemy ship?

- Some map is inappropriate for this mode *cough*Ice Map*cough*

 

So basically this is a standard battle with moving capturable base

Or they can fill the remaining slots with bots, after all they are pretty good :trollface:

Since everybody wants to have a shot at killing their friend in a match

 

I suggest

Duel / Challenge mode

 

A player can challenge anybody. The challenged player may decline the challenge, if he. Both players must choose a ship of the same tier and same type of ship, map will be randomly chosen among maps in the map pool. Have at each other in a 1v1 duel to the death.

A player can challenge anybody. The challenged player may decline the challenge, if he. Both players must choose a ship of the same tier and same type of ship, map will be randomly chosen among maps in the map pool. Have at each other in a 1v1 duel to the death. 

like it! also how about a free for all match? same tier as possible and same ship type in each match? live 10BB free for all bloodbath!!! since most player just ignore the cap objective, this might be the best mode for them haha

Yea, that would be a problem too, but well I think actually I want it more like a situational map rather than historical, so they have a set of what kind of ship that can you use.

here's my idea :

Formation Battle

Each team has 5-7 ships, all spawn in an formation. one will be chosen as the flagship (battleship or carrier) and the others (other battleships, cruisers and destroyers) will have to protect it. there will also be a score bar for each team that increases each time when ships of the opposing team are destroyed. you can also reduce the enemy's score when you destroy their ships like in Domination mode

The game ends if the enemy flagship is destroyed or the score of any team reaches the required amount.

 

Night Battle

This will be like a standard battle but the visions will be lower. ships will be equipped with lightings and cruisers with spotlights ( like in real life)

 The sea condition will also be rougher but this will make things fun. though this seems like this will only be suitable for high tier ships

The Duel / Challenge mode idea is nice. I think they should make it so when we want to challenge our friend into a duel,we will get a little amount of credit

and ship XP,and the KD Ratio won't be recorded.
