RNG needs to be buffed at close quaters. I just fired a full broadside into a full broadside Brindisi at 5km. Only 4 shells hit and the other 5 missed. I expected to delete the damn cruiser. 

Check out Yuro's video Red Yeet 2 @ 3:19. He misses a full salvo at similar ranges.
