Tried to figure out the time difference but can't make sense of it even with searching for converters.

Is it possible for you to just state the time as standard GMT to make it easier to convert back to any time the world?

EDIT: Just discovered that UTC is GMT. But still, wouldn't it be easier for people if it was just stated in UTC/GMT time without the +(whatever number)
