i am smell it too, just like french DD nerf.... i dont like it WG usually nerf the wrong thing -_-

bet me its the reload of torpedo become +30 sec longer.... if they did it i am gonna play CV againt.

 

that is why i only trust premium sheep.... heck they also nerf Graf Zeppelin

Yeah right. Close in so that my Maass' hydro's picked your torps (and guaranteed miss), get pommeled by 127mm burning steel, and when you tried to run

Cleveland, RADAR PLEASE!

 

At least that's what i've experienced recently.

The Swedish DDs are very, let say, squishy. Low health pool and no smoke makes them not the best cap contester. And i have taken many of Euro- i mean Swedish DDs lives just by holding the cap with hydro on and a div mate with radar close by. The occasional high tiers like Öland is kinda pain in the aft, but still manageable.

However, they're more dangerous if they spam torpedo from long-range to an approaching or retreating enemy. Very devastating and their torpedoes quick reload and speed usually caught some ships on the way. I fallen victim to this torpedo soup, with 5 BBs and CAs just against one Östergotland, but that thing managed to stop our progress until our other flank collapses and encircled us.

TLDR use them as area denial, and don't rush cap
