I have heard many new players who wanted this coupon but didn't get it.

Yet WG is literally rewarding a "player" who has been playing for two days without any sleep or eating.

Is there any way I can report this guy? I don't have his replay but I think it is pretty straightforward.

Besides this coupon, I think the Recruit Station is also designed for BOT herders. 

If you check accounts under those infamous BOT clan. They all have Warspite thanks to the Recruit Station. They also have Texas and I think that has something to do with the Steam Client?

Every "Recruiter BOT" can get up to 1500 Recruitment Points per week. This is not hard at all. WG has conveniently set such a low standard that even BOTs can reach this minimum EXP.

I did some math, and figured out he plays at least 29 hours in the span of 2 days with the average of 10 minutes per battle.

As much as the covid lockdown justifies his "addiction", that is still so wrong.

You can report by creating a ticket with customer support, but don't get your hopes up.

You will just get a canned "no need to report bots because our automated bot detection systems are awesomesauce" response from customer support.

It is like WG doesn't even want you to report botters.

That's some special offer for "new boys" in this game. The intention was good but the outcome is oof. 

For "old men", we only got a 30% off coupon at around our own registration date every year. 

However, I didn't get my coupon last year. I guess I didn't grind hard like a BOT.

Please read this thread, it shows a door of how bots get into the game, through steam & the normal way,  complete with free premium ships, & they get rewarded for it with coupons etc...

stop the game from rewarding botters, & stamp them out.... 

Please ask the devs or security dept to make a automatic script to go through the player base recursively each month,  & have it highlight all accounts that have a 40+ game per day rate, so they can be investigated... As its virtually physically impossible to play 40 games a day...

Gotta make it difficult for these cheating bas@#$%&

Also to add @Ordrazz points,

WG streamers MrConway and Crysantos, constantly keeps on emphasizing that they are focused and committed on PvP content. And this issue is a PvP content issue. Hence WG must and should step up their game to ensure unsportsmanlike players such as bots, account sellers, and farmers are not encouraged, acceptable, tolerated, and allowed in this game.

 

Also, some bots seem to have move from Random to Co-op, I notice that they are active in Random as a human player but in Co-op, they play as a scripted bot (i.e reversing at the start, no attempt to chase and kill a CV, sails in a patter, etc). I have sent multiple in-game reports for review, so far only a few was removed, most are still active and have even achieved "Top 100" in the "Hall of Fame" with insane points just by playing co-op. Surely no human can play more than a 100 game straight.

 

And, should I send additional reports directly to your thread? It seems customer support does not bother with our queries and complaints regarding this matter.

We are currently working on improving the situation by investigating the suspected BOT clans and players and all your reports to the Forum and CS is helping us understand the situation better.
Sending a CS ticket is actually important as we are taking the number of reports seriously from you although the replies might seem somewhat automatic...
