Daily Combat Missions no longer offer Premium Consumables?

I didn't notice this until today. Daily combat missions no longer offer premium consumables.

1. We will now shoulder the premium consumables via credits. Which adds additional service cost after every post battle.
or
2. Premium consumables will become permanent in the near future update.

What do you guys think?

Yeah instead we have more credit rewards. Not sure why they stopped giving Premium consumables.

Maybe it is so everybody will get rewarded, as consumables are useless if you don't play that particular class of ship.

On a sidenote, WG has been giving free port slots for the monthly missions, so you can get up to 3 port slots per month. As long as you diligently complete the monthly missions you shouldn't need to ever buy port slots except when they are on sale. Kudos to WG for this. It will help out the newbies a lot.

Good point.

Though Damage Control consumable is extremely useful. Wish they had left that in the dailies.

I guess it is compensation for no 3/4 port slot discount during the christmas event.

I recall that they had 3/4 port slot discount on the last 2 christmas event.

The PR was a total disaster. Even 3/4 port slot discount was not implemented.

If they plan to make all the consumables premium (I forgot which dev blg was it, but it was mentioned before), then I am ok with the exchange.

I thought that idea had been shelved indefinitely.

Iirc it was part of the old NTC/RB before it was tweaked to the current version.

Though I do hope they continue on the free prem consumables plan though.

Yeah, it’s great, it will ensure that I have space for my slowly expanding fleet.

I always run premium consumables, with auto buy, on all ships except when I play co op.

But I run premium time, so it’s not a huge problem.

That means the high tier tech tree ships (except CVs) will be more expensive to run (Kremlin, Grozovoi, etc.).

But since I only run premium ships & tech tree ships with the Infernal camo most of the time, I see no problem although I never run premium time other than from event tokens

Same with you, but without the premium time. I only get freemium time or token for freemium.

Sometimes, I don't even put flags and wear camo if too cash strapped. Going out commando.
