On one hand, I'm glad they don't reveal it early in the Patch Notes. It's April Fool, revealing what it is ruins the surprise.

On the other hand, I don't know what it will be (no player does), but by the look of it, I think they watered down the event. However, 3 years of Space Battle in a row is flippin' too many.

 

I want to play a new game mode. At least a new game mode has a chance to be added to the base game

Also the Toy boats gives unlimited challenge.

The only thing that really grab me into foolishness was the 2 Operations. I forgot their name but basically one of them had this mission where you have to fight against UFOs in Antartica and the other one had this very tall weapon that can burn ships using sun's UV light. Sometimes later I realized WG didn't actually intended to add both OPs. That time drove me quite mad. I really disappointed despite of their Amazing work with those 2 OPs. Meanwhile the PvP mode deserves something more playable.

Hmm Hmm .... well well .. we shall see, space battle is OK, but its about time for something else , I say let's made the event only playable on T2 and T3 ships with a T5 map

Yeah. WG basically said they were bringing dolphin carriers, UFOs or something into the game. Then it was like “LOL ApRiL fOoLs” it was just the into to the new space battles.

They basically straight up lied. This is why I hate April Fools day. People see it as an opportunity to lie to you, and then laugh at you for believing them.

Which is stupid. Look at all the crazy stuff that happens in the world day by day. Fiction becomes reality, what was a joke 3 years ago is now truth. Truth is derided as fake news.

Why bring more lies into that? Why laugh at people who believe them?

Last time I actually liked their April Fools event was when they implemented Russian Bias, the sub that effectively broke the game and caused it to crash while looking at it.

Haven't touched the game on April Fools since.
