I have a tier X ship, I was in a random battle and 12 salvos hit me and I blew up. So is there modding happening in this game and if no how is it possible to blow a ship up in 12 salvos with 79500 health. After this battle I have given me reason to stop playing as this is bullshit. Pls comment away on this if u like couldn't care if there are haters out thinking I am whinging.

What is your ship? If its Cruiser even without detonation is possible. HP didnt guarantee survivability

5 Citadel hit and few normal pen would rekt you.

 

Also beware, this is Asia Meta. We got a lot of pro sniper.....

This is simple. He didn't reach any tier X or even close to any Tier X, at least not on this account.

Nope. WG updated the detonation mechanic to only occur when a barbette HP of the ship reaches 75% or below. I don't think it's possible within one single salvo.

 

The only explanation is you got so many citadels (and some full pens) that your ship vaporized. Could only be BB or super cruiser shells. There is no T10 ship in the game that has 79500 HP.

My assumption was his BB got chipped before he got blown up which could have validated the detonation.

 

Other than that, he might have his broadside nuked. He might be playing Yamato, or Conqueror.

I assume you meant 12 shells since 12 salvos can do a lot. But its still its doable with 12 shells if it are citadel hits from a BB.

It’s possible. T8 premium ship + Premium Time + FXP conversion = T10

Not saying it’s a smart way, but possible.

You know, that’s another thing. “Salvo” means a simultaneous discharge of multiple guns. 12 salvos, as stated above, would mean that a ship fired its guns at you 12 times. So it would be quite easy for 12 salvos to sink a ship. I suggest not staying in one spot long enough for ships to shoot at you 12 times.

Sorry I should it was the public test version and those no in my normal account I don't have a tier 10 I do have tier 8. yes I was outplayed im not saying this I was putting out there about how it is possible. Cheers to all that replied I give credit to those who play this game

I tried to have a look which ship made this happened but actually, you don't have any Tier X ship my friend, are you joking or something?

I never played PTS before. But I assume on PTS you also have achievements?

You may check your achievement panel for the "detonation" achievement. Hover your mouse pointer onto the specific achievement and you will see when and with what ship you got this achievement last time. 

It's pretty rare for a kurfust to detonate.... kind of unfortunate.
