Stopping statpaddler from playing low tier

Dont count  the WINs into battle record when they already researched the next upcoming ship

Do this changes for T1-T4, least can let newcomer experience it without statpaddler trying to perfect their WR

This just a step i think to reduce people staying in low tiers 😉

i think its bad idea.....

what we need to do is promoting more CV in low tier, we should recommend NEWBIE to play CV

 

or CREATE MORE PVE Content for T2-T5 BASED on WW1-WW2

so newbie will play PVE operation to :

- learn ship mechanic

- teaching BASIC STRATEGY

- statpadded will vs Statpadder

- less FRUSTATION and quitting due to getting nuked by CV

 

now imagine, WW1 is forgotten in this game, ITS THE GOLDEN GUPPY OF ISOLA.... THE ERA OF ARTILERY

a smell from age of sail era, TACTICAL - EPIC - and obviously ROMANTIC.........

the very intention that WG had when making NTC was to redcue high tier population and to repopulate lower tiers
