A suggestion to improve the PvE playerbase

The quality of PvE playerbase is declining. Especially in Operations. It's quite frequent nowadays to see my teammates behaving stupidly and full of ignorance. Back then Operations were filled with both veterans and newbies. But now it filled with just newbies who's clueless about the mode.All veterans are either creating their own divisions or moving to randoms, Co-op, ranked, and clan wars. And this all started from the fact that Wargaming has little attentions to Operations. This particular mode need special treatment and attention. Wargaming should create another dev team who excels at developing operations and Co-op so that it'll be less boring, frustrating, and make it interesting again. All game modes should be equal. If WG still reluctant to do that, at least make a more detailed video about how to play operations
