My suggestion for a Swedish Special Commander

Special Skill: Ikean Borg Regeneration - Back to manufacturer. Once per battle, upon reaching 10% or less health, the Swedish DD immediately folds up back into it's original flatpack packaging and is mailed back to its original spawn location where it unpacks and reassembles itself to full health at x2 rate.

Don't forget that the moment it leaves port there are four M5 bolts sitting behind it and no one knows where they belong and if they did it wouldnt matter because you can already lost the allan key.

I think I found out where those extra bolts were meant to go. Turns out they were important after all
