I receive a in-game survey request irregularly. 

If the survey goes to a web page, I can answer the questions. If it points to an in-game window all I get is either a blank window or I can answer one question before it locks up.

My installation is up to date and recent due to a recent PC upgrade.

Is anyone else having difficulties with in-game surveys?

Yeah pretty sure I get similar issues...

Although from my experience I expect it's the one survey and it's not registering as completed on their systems so they keep sending requests, lol.

I used to get this but I haven't had a survey like that pop up in quite a while.

I haven't gotten many surveys recently, and the ones that I did receive faced the exact same problem - they will either never load or lock up after the first question (which is usually how likely I am to recommend WoWs to a friend).

I am guessing that WG didn't like my answer because on going to the next question the survey will yell some insult in Russian at me before closing.

I kid, I put the Russian into Google and it translates as I already did the survey before which is weird.

My default browser is Microsoft Edge and when a survey pops up in-game, Edge opens it up without problem.

I once had a survey about premium content in the game, which gave me great concern.

Yeah I had one yesterday... All they ever do is load into a blank window in-game, although the the one I had last month all came out in Russian, which I can't read anyway.... 

Go figure..

In game surveys are hit and miss for me as to whether they open right or not.

I am sure I read about that on the NA forum a while ago.Seems WG doesn't like it if you answer negatively so just end it straight away.

For me, mostly I get the blank in-game window. 6 times already in the past 1 year.

I got 2 web based survey which worked fine.

my answers "0"

and blank.... freez...

they probably think there's no need to ask me any further...

They are moving it to some clueless new players who thinks this game is good by deceiving those newbies with good graphics, super detailed ships, and numerous contents. This way WG will still get a good reputations.

Same here, I don't think that WG likes the answers, no donation/Dubs required of course? maybe that's the problem.

They have never worked for me since the year dot. They give me the ability to answer one question and then the next is in Russian writing or a blank question.  

It recently never goes to a web page, it is always in game for me. Has been many months since I had one go to a web page.

Same result on my old PC with Win 7 Pro and everything up to date and same as on my new PC (specs in my sig) with everything up to date.

My default browser is Edge also. Any of the surveys that try to open in Edge never work for me. They are always blank.

Yes same here. That is what I mostly get. On the rare occasion that there is more than one question, when I click next it either has Russian writing or is blank and I cannot do anything other than quit.

I always answer with a "0" as well. Maybe the WG server is so amazed at receiving so many zero scores it crashes out of shock. 

 

The cynic in me would say maybe this is intentional. If the survey system crashes and WG cannot get the feedback, no bad news means the state of the game must be great right?

Why else would it for so so long be broken for so many people? I don't think I have ever been able to complete and submit any survey, except for the one question ones about the likelihood of suggesting WG to friends. Most of my clan says the same. It doesn't work or is blank and they cannot complete and submit it. Call me crazy, but what is the point of how likely we are going to recommend WOWS to someone we know, if long term players cannot even be heard on how we feel about the game right now?
