Some of my secret test data: Ship acceleration from zero.
The two bold lines with blue and brown are the Henri's, BEFORE and AFTER the acceleration nerf.

Obviously, Henri was nerfed significantly. It speeds up much much more slowly.
Henri's acceleration curve is still better than the normal ships, but not comparable to the UK cruisers nor Des Moines with its special upgrade.

I have more data plus deceleration test results with the pre-nerf Henri, but I can't check it now because I am travelling.

don't see a issue there, Des Moines with its UU is special cases and Henri is still better than almost all other CA of same tier and then some , and what's wrong with it losing out to CL , they are suppose to be CL

because her accelerate ? she gave up range to got that famous accelerate....

Good riddance. HIV should never had that sort of handling characteristics with super long range. If it was supposed to be "speedy" it should have had guns with range similar to that of a minotaur. It was poorly balanced in the first place.

Disclaimer: I own one and it is nice to play CQC with it.
