Fixed clan base ECO bonuses: coal and steel

You could have encountered an issue in the 0.8.11 update, which caused bonus coal and steel from the Clan base buildings not to be credited.

Now, we have fixed this bug and in a couple of days, lost steel and coal will be credited to your accounts. The amount of the credited resources was rounded.

hi Sunny... another issue you could look at for ASIA based players is the fact we didnt get our rewards for clan brawls if we played on the server over the last 2 weekends. Im in Australia. The rewards showed up as a combat mission on sat morning (7am my time) but disappeared at 7am on Sunday. Problem is that we selected prime time for the NA server for clan brawls which is 10am Sunday for me and my clan, but by then the opportunity to gather the rewards was gone.
