0.8.10 Bug Report Thread

Have you already played our new 0.8.10 update?

How's everything going so far? As you've already noticed, there are several changes and improvements in this update.

We kindly ask you to report any bugs or problems on this thread. Related screenshot or replay files would be much appreciated.

Also, please be noted that this thread is for bugs and issues on 0.8.10 only.

I have to dump the existing client and download it again for several hours to bypass this problem.

I myself cant play as it takes anywhere from 1 min to over an hour to actually load into the game, then everytime i click battle i get the wargaming error  monitor pop up in th etask file manager... was working fine yesterday.

Another broken patch.... Well done.

Playing Ryujo, tried to set my autopilot in tactical map view.

autopilot was set, I closed my map. everything was fine till then.

 

HOWEVER, the cursor was still on screen (I was not holding the Ctrl key)

also the cursor's shape was not the one when you see on pressing Ctrl. It was the one you see in your tactical map.

I was not able to click anything and send some keyboard inputs(1,2,3,w,a,s,d.....).

I was not able to go to port. (Esc key didn't work for that. Still, Esc key could cancel the chat.)

I was able to type chat message, but I was not able to send it.

hovering the cursor for information worked.

When game ended, the game crashed with multiple anomalies.

Firstly, I saw a message saying that I was killed by nobody. I had full hp, and the ship hp indicator at the bottom left was still full too. It just displayed the message "warship destroyed by" without the one who killed me.

Secondly, I didn't see a battle report screen. I was stuck in the battlefield. However, my ryujo was gone.

Thirdly, all the HUD got blurred. It was quite scary.

Finally, the game crashed, but the error monitor didn't pop up. the taskmgr didn't indicated it as crashed.

 

here is the last few minutes of my gameplay recordings with my replay file.

the recording was taken by NVIDIA geforce experience. too bad that I didn't record my cursor too.

Added a moment of the bug activation. I triggered it with my zeroes.

 

I'm not using WGC, because I prefer Steam. 

I AM NOT using any mods.

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit on GTX 1060 and i7-7700HQ.

 

Hope somebody can find out what's wrong.

When italian legendary captin initiates his special skill my yamato fire range becomes to 18.5km same situation with other battle ships, that is a serious bug, hope this bug will be fixed as soon as possible.

I am playing with the anime voices, and the torpedo hit voiceline plays whenever a torp hits something, even if it isn't my own torps.

It is glad to know that I am not the only one. This issue still exists but it is getting harder to activate.

I have recorded a short clip and it is here.

@d_gladkov Sorry for the late reply. I feel like in this version, it is a bit harder to activate this bug but as you can see,  somebody actually triggered this so I think this should be fixed because once it is triggered, you cannot do anything.

I have the same problem. The voiceline also plays when enemy torps hit me or my teammates.

After some hard work, I managed to attain 64000 damage in Tier X DDs, in the last 100 matches. But the system is not unlocking the emblem. The value is not rounded to the nearest integer either. Please get this fixed.

Once in the while this will happen after every battle, all the UI for ship will stick to the previous ship selected for battle and wont change if i selected another ship. Need to relog everytime this happen

I cannot even demount my upgrades, when I click the cross or right click and choose demount, nothing happens. Seriously did you even do regression testing before releasing 0.8.10?

Noticed my AA on my Massachussets BB now has no Re-inforcement Time at all, only Preparation Time!  Aren't they supposed to be 15 secs each?  The re-inforcement time is now 28 secs.  I only noticed this while in game with the Mass today, as I kinda got clobbered by Air Attack.

Few bugs I have.

 

Mounted flags are no longer ticked in the Exterior tab (Bottom pic)

 

Permanent camo selection is screwed up when changing ships. As you can see it is clearly NOT the Irian in the screen (Top pic)

For a change WOWS is playing OK for me (after months of not being able to play because of problems for Mac users and the switch to a new system for Mac user play), however I am having problems accessing the Armoury.

I hadn't checked it for a while as my resources and credits were low and I was allowing them to rebuild. Tried yesterday and just got the continuous spinning wheel but after a few minutes of not opening had to give up and press escape. Tried again today and it opened and I used some of my Italian navy credits to purchase a couple of items but then it froze and I was unable to do anything more - don't think all (or any) of my purchases went through either. Tried to open it again and I was back to the interminable spinning wheel without it opening.  

Tried again a couple of hours later and Armoury opened and ran through a series of windows detailing what could be available and what could be exchanged etc. Each window having a button at the bottom that took me to the next window until I got to what I assume was the last window explaining Italian navy credits and what they could be exchanged for. At this stage clicking on the button at the bottom did nothing and once again I had to hit 'Escape' to get back to Port.

Semi-Armor Piercing (SAP) does not work on forts even at point blank range (> 1 km)

I cant destroy fort at 1 KM range with Trento by using a SAP.

So does the weird number values on Emblems i.e : Cruiser Emblem 44,000  Currently : 44.000.16266618988 ??? What is that?
