"To their own shore, came the world war."

"Gleaves and the Ingham Leading the Bury West."

"In their own track, Came the Wolfpack, Gleaves lead the convoy into the Hornets' nest"

"Under Fire, Under Water, May 42 when Bury did fail the test"

"To their own shore, came the world war."

"Gleaves and the Ingham Leading them into Death."

DD-423 Aka USS Gleaves, she was popular on the song "Wolfpack" on Sabaton, her major objective is to Escort the convoys but gained huge casualties due to the Wolfpack.

So Far, she's a special Destroyer participated on an Escort Operation, with the Ingham and the Convoy 92. She's the lead ship of her class at that time until the end of the war.

Better watch of once subs enter the game.

I wonder why when ppl mention subs, I always hear or imagine the "Jaws" theme.

Gleaves and Benson are not much different with each other. Just like the A.M. Summers and the Gearing.

WG probably split them as to say US won't get repetitive ships on their tech tree and still be able to put them in the game but serving on other nations, as well as their gimmick.

The difference between Sumner and Gearing is greater than that of Gleaves and Benson I remember. The hull of Gearing-class is stretched a little compared with her predecessor.

Though there exist examples like Wickes and Clemson and Furutaka and Aoba.

Took the short way in, the long route back, Convoy 92 Bury, Gleaves and Ingham leading tankers to the west.

I think only one of the Somers, USS Davis, got this upgrade.

Same with one of the Porter Class, USS Phelps.

However they dropped the guns from 8 to 5.
