It's not my ISP at all, based on the traceroute: Steps 1 and 2 are within my own local network. Steps 3-8 are within my ISP. Somewhere in Singapore in the handoff a lot of ping and some packet loss is being introduced. What's going on? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The packet loss and the jump in the traceroute is not visible. My guess is you have an overloaded router or connection somewhere in your SG data center.
