Claimed ship from reward

Claimed ship from reward but the ship is not in my account.. what do i do to see my claimed ship in game?

What ship?  Have you reset all your filters in the carousel?

yes. its not in my carousel. i only rmb afew but all are tier 8. massa lenin huanghe and more

Try first un-checking all boxes for what ships to display at the port.

Does the award come with a port slot, if not, check if you lack port slots. 

What ship was it by the way?

checked.. dont have. should be comes with port slot. it was mostly tier 8 premium ship

I am not sure. But I think you can't bring Public Test ships to actual accounts.

i checked the PT acc dont have. My account too also dont have...

PTS ships don't carry over to your main account.  If its PTS season reewardship then its only a T6 ship

Go to right side of screen and click the symbol that looks like gear wheels.   See if rental ships are hidden.
