I already have 2 WoWS clients, now WG require me to have a third one?

It was just like the "cv fiasco" last year. A separate client. And it did jack shit to balance to put it less bluntly.

Why should I waste my time testing subs and giving feedback to WG, when they are not going to consider any of it?

Which is what happened in the CV test.

WG only consider chart as actual input.

Did your feedback is in chart (prefferably with pie) or not
