Skill gap is still a thing in 7vs7 even more than 12vs12.

WG have been excluding CVs constantly by making Ranked season in odd tiers a few times in a row.

I know you are against CVs in general, but let other people play the game too lol

 

I wouldn't bother with Ranked Sprint as a whole. The rewards are really meh. No Doub, no Steel = no play.

I am not against CV in any game mode but I am against putting it this way so that we had one ship that can sway the balance and the team either benefit or suffer ( mostly suffer though ) ...  same could be said to certain OP premiums though at Tier 6 there's really no such

It is and always has been a case of the team with the best CV will mostly win.

Lots of people like to pretend it isnt but they would be lying.

I'm pretty sure you can collect that more leisurely by playing normally... Ranked is a chaotic... uh... game mode.

I had fun in Ranked Sprint. Cleared rank 1 in 3 sessions.

CV's were not a big deal. My biggest frustration was our DD's loosing it for us, so I stopped playing anything but DD's. T-61 ftw.

That's an understatement, there are toxic casuals who resort to name-calling and long rants over losing stars as they foolishly get themselves killed in a minute and there are those occasional BBs who camp at the far end corners of the map and splash water ~18km away,  blissfully unaware of enemy movements and completely helpless to do anything about it. Glad that's over!

Researching ships and building free/commander XP was the sole purpose of sprint for me.  The rewards didnt really make any difference.
