Still no news how to get Thunderor, Siegfried and Hayate no Gotoku.

 

Thunderor: making sure she's not a worse Conquerer.

Oh-hai-oh: making sure she's not too OP. She has BB dispersion ellipse again.

Pasta cruisers: SAP does normal damage to DDs, buffs and nerfs to main gun range. But nothing about reload time.

WG nerfs Ohio because they need to keep the glorious Slava/Pobeda stronger than the capitalist boat.

if you look closely

Damage done by RM cruisers to DD's increased by 200%.

Now that is a buff... 

The T10 will be able to one shot from full health almost every T10 DD.
