I was thinking of purchasing this unique commander and was wondering is he worth it?

 

Switching between USA and USSR which is suppose is pretty good...

There are not many ships between the two nations that share the same captain builds. I mean you could only dedicate the commander for a certain class like BBs or DDs only. And captain retraining is still required unless you reassign him to a premium ship.

if you are a DD main then this is the best captain in the game hands down for you

 

if not, dont bother with it
