anyone else have it , are the captains any good ?

 I have Admiral Hipper, Hood and Avrora. All I know is that they look cute and squeal when you get hit.

This.  I got some of them to put on my ships as I moved my higher level captains up tier. 

And because they squeal.

If you like AL very much = yes.

If you are like me, very neutral on AL then = no, especially I have enough captains that squeal in a specific manner.

The ships? If you want to collect a Cleveland (Right or wrong? Pls confirm) and a Kagero with a different camo = yes.
