Spotting is a joke, when plane is around no one else can gain any spotting flag since no one is fast enough to cover the map as planes so this instantly turn that to CV(s) but in the end the mechanism pretty much tell the inbalance ... its too heavily swayed towards damage deal .. there should be reward for potential damage received but not actual damage received ( meaning you are actually in the fight not just famring damage ) and the most important part ... and of course the reward again favor big guns to pound on smaller one without regard to their ability to defend .. you are CV , and you pound on DD cause you can one shoot 1/3 of his/her but you cannot do that to  BB , not only because they have more HP  but also the aromr, so in short the reward unfairly justify easy damage farming yet again. it should be made that if one damage a certain % on a BB it should be rewarded more than that same % on a DD cause we all know its much harder to deal that same damage % to a BB than a DD ( with whatever shell, torp, bomb ) the only exception would be flooding and fire cause they deal damage by % not a set amount 

Important note : SUPPORT TASK yield no reward of any but those who carry out that face grave danger of placing oneself exposed to enemy and then they get all the chance for more reward .. and hen your own teammates then get their own chance ( and of course the one who pa these support role would be get caught in the middle likely running for his/her own life trying to stay alive so forget about any chance of getting any there yourself ). We know it all along but some new player might not

Read that next time you play in your shiny BB or CA, DD or CV, try figure why that DD will not support at all ... or why the CV go off his/her own damage farming .. or why the CA keep HE spamming from behind the island , or why that BB will only stay way out and never bother to Tank and PUSH for the team .. cause doing so do not pay

Couldn't agree more, well said. Rewards should go to those who help to win the game, and DDs particularly lose out, when a good DD can turn a game around when all is lost.

As a CV player, I earn less when I focus on helping the team, because what I should do, to make the most, is just torp BBs.

Rewards are way too heavily focused on damage done, rather than tactical excellence.
