New captains bro!
At least on Asian servers
Never buy Tirpitz!

I am a user who mainly uses battleships and cruisers.
and i have more than 20 premium ships.

Tirpitz and Hood are premium ships that i bought for the first time a few years ago.
( Hood are not also good either. rarely used now.)

Tirpitz(8tier) does a lot of ten-tier combat matches,
main guns have the worst accuracy,
and at a crucial moment, torpedo tubes are easily broken.

In addition,
despite the goodness of the sub-gun,
enemy ships will be not come in range.
Even the air defense capability is poor.

This famous and cool battleship is the worst in this game.
Please never buy Tirpitz! Save your money or buy another ship!

I agree about its Torpedoes, they're very situational and pretty much useless now with the CV fiasco, players don't push through flanks anymore so you rarely ever get to use those torpedoes. Plus, T8 BBs in general, are not competent enough to face T10 opponents.  Though I do enjoy playing Prinz Eugen from time to time, it can take some punishment back and land some good citadel hits to cruisers so it makes  uptiering bearable.

Thanks for reminding me, Northern Tiger. Any more premium ships that are craps?

Anyway, if you can afford to buy more than 20 premium ships, you must be rich.

The other day I watched a video where the Youtuber included the Tirpitz as one of his top 10 premiums. I personally consider the Tirpitz a good ship.

I hope you will look at more than one review.

I agree there. She is a good mid/short-range brawler up to her tier. +1 she also manages to perform although iffy. Best used as escorting spearhead or defending caps. Last ranked I did a few rounds with her and it was effective as you escort your cruisers and you can defend.

Remember the following.
because the premium is cash(already paid.),
efforts to find its value have no choice but to continue.

Tirpitz is a much loved battleship,
early appeared as a premium ship.
users have done a lot of effort so far.

Of course, if you're able to multi-rollable, deserve consideration.
However, don't put that standard on top-level users.

Also,
my topic does not apply at NA, EU severs.
there are a lot of differences in the atmosphere with Asian server.
(Actually I tried NA, EU servers.)

I do agree its a bit lackluster right now. I have both Tirpitz versions and modded them differently with the captain for secondaries and longer range battles. If your up tiered then your screwed. Its not common to get a good game since battles are from long ranges and avoid her. Unless your sneaky and using islands to get close without shooting and being spotted you can get the jump on unsuspecting ships. This pretty much sums the entire German Battleship and Cruiser line that really need some buffs and improvements. At the moment they are under par and the dispersion is dreadful.
