Cvs in Cyclones

I know another unwanted CV thread however-

Why are CVs not disadvantaged during cyclones?

Others sail around half blind or need to get within brawling distance, carriers however can still blithely dispatch aircraft and go about their destruction. I know this is not a simulation game but really aircraft cannot fly in cyclones. 

Should CVs not have some kind of impediment in cyclones like the poor sea lice they are stomping?

Carriers have Planes to spot targets for allied ships, this mostly used in History because they dont have disadvantage on the storm, like in Battle of the Coral Sea.
