Why audio in this game is getting a small volume?

so i got the problem 
why i got a small volume on this game even i set the maximum volume on the system and in the game?
maybe u can help me with this problem

Not only that, sometimes the music cuts off.

Errr...when you said "sound" is it the music or the effects? Mine was only the music, the guns still ok. Only the guns....others, like the reload "ding'....not so sure...

Do you guys perhaps have a 2.1 or 2 speakers set up ? If you have this set up it is necessary to change audio profile to 2.1 or stereo.

Leaving it on surround 5.1 + will make it sound small.

Try download client with ultra quality sound checked, on the setting.

Its more louder, and the volume diffrence on laptop speaker is quite notable

i'm already using ULTRA sound

Being playing for about 3 to 4 months and during that time no issues....it is just recently that the music (once in a while) started to have problem.....standard onboard chipset audio.....plug in standard speaker, not a gaming rig.
