Steam wows login issue

1. Description

i) Steam wows auto log in into a auto generated account

ii) No log in screen when logging in through steam

2. Reproduction steps

i) start the game through steam

ii) game loading screen will be as normal

iii) but when it suppose to show log in screen it will show synchronizing 

iv) then it will log you into a auto generated not logged account where everything will be tier 1

3. Result

when you try to log in through steam you cant because of auto log and game wont let you log out (disconnect from server) like you can in wows standalone game client 

4. Expected result
when i log in game suppose to show me log in screen where i put my account detail like email and password to get to my account

5. Technical details

i know its not happening with everyone but it do happening with some or more i dont know the exact number 

i have 2 friend both use steam to play wows like me 1 having same issue as me other having no issue and before i use to change the steam_api.dll to 2steam_api.dll and it use to fix the issue but not happening anymore my frind tried it too not working for him either

and you cant disconnect as no option like it appearing

well for the screenshot problem go to the in-game settings>graphics and change the settings from Full-screen to Full-screen windowed

Ive sent a ticket to this post, because i have the same problem....

 

when i click on "exit game" i would expect it to be considered a log-out request.... but nnnoooo its not...

 

hopefully they can rectify this soon, as having to wait a couple of days to regain access is annoying or having to hard reboot the computer several times to try and clear it is a severe PITA
