It is a great ship but as per usual WG has weaken any chance of this "Japanese" ship really being of much use. Do they really think that the Japanese would not have given this thing more armour! 25mm plating Please...…! It was designed to counter the Alaska not turn up and get pumped by it!! I am sure by the time this thing was built it would have possessed a better AA defence as well.  

I'll will say one thing, it is a fire starter!!
