Narai Operation (Scenario Battle) problems

Randomly, when I try to use mouse over and F3 to identify a ship for teammates to focus on it says "Suppress Fort Earl" (or similar) instead. No matter what ship I select.

Also, often when this happens I can no longer control click a target to focus my secondaries on. Both of these problems are extremely frustrating in the heat of battle.

I often see others having the same issue. At least the "Suppress Fort Earl" bug.

Restarting the client seems to clear it for a while but it will eventually return.

I seem to remember experiencing this in Killer Whale as well.
