Actually the feature is still ingame n will be remove in 0.8.2

IMO since you don't pay xp and cred to buy those ships right now, you wouldn't get cred and xp selling them in the Inventory.

Be very very careful. I did it, and didn't read the fine print.

It says you can only get free XP refund ONCE.

I inventory refunded one set of CV, got refund to free xp and credits.

CVs got buffed, I had 1 million free xp, 71 million credits I thought, well nuts, lets go all in and get Hakuryu and try it. It was great for 6 days, until the next patch. And then yet another patch nerf.

I stopped playing CV altogether and was like, no, not for me these nerfed ships, I want the xp refunded so I can buy Alaska.

I inventory refunded again.

ALL the free xp I had used to get Hakuryu got placed into a tier 1 Hashidate, that I don't even own. I had 977,000 xp sitting in a Hashidate.

I filed ticket, they pulled out the fine print, found elsewhere in the game system (portal I believe), my only option was to request rollback.

Spoiler alert: NEVER EVER request a rollback.

I lost months of grinding missions, campaigns, resources,everything you grind, I lost. Months and MONTHS I cannot count the game hours LOST, but a chunk of my damn life.

All to receive 500k free xp refund....coz you only get what you had ground up to the rollback, (more fineprint found elsewhere).

I had enough coal to get Jean Bart, now I'm back to 50k short.

So I sold my Saipan for gold. I've only ever been offered a gold refund for ONE PREMIUM VEHICLE ( and I own most of them in WoT AND WoWS), the Super-Blooper Pershing, and I regret never taking the gold refund for YEARS now.
