Montana's unique upgrade

Is the Montana unique upgrade worth it or should i keep the concealment module on my ship?  I can't decide on this trade off cuz concealment plays a huge role in my gameplay

quite hard. this one is useful when against CV heavy games. as concealment is quite useless and reducing Dot damage are very important. but in this server cv became pretty rare.
