Harugumo (slot 6):

• -12% Main Battery Loading time (even more dakka) (Positive)

• +16% Main Battery Range (dakka from further away) (Positive)

• -15% Torpedo Reload time (Increased Torpedo DPM) (Positive)

• +11% Main Battery Dispersion (Gunners now drinking sake, be warned) (Negative)

• -19% Main Battery turret traverse speed (A bit less WD-40 there...) (Negative)

• -85% Torpedo Tube traverse speed (Definitely no WD-40 here) (Negative)

Daring (slot 6):

• -18% Main Battery reload time (Dakka for the Dakka gods, someone pls do the math on this) (Positive)

• -11% Main Battery Dispersion (Lazer accurate dakka) (Positive)

• -80% HE fire chance (What's a fire? Never heard of it.) (Negative)

Salem (slot 6):

• Citadel healing up to 66% of damage taken (Positive)

• Non-citadel healing up to 100% (Positive) (Now this is a superheal, at the cost of reload or range)

Stalingrad (slot 5):

• +8% Main Battery range (Bias with a further reach) (Positive)

• -7% Main Battery dispersion (bias, with even more bias accuracy) (Positive)

• +10% Concealment (This much bias can't be ignored) (Negative)

Bourgogne (slot 5):

• +5% Max Speed (Speedy Speed Boi) (Positive)

• -10% time to accelerate to full speed (Not quite UK accel) (Positive)

• -10% Turning radius (Deja Vu!) (Positive)

• -10% rudder shift time (Deja Vu intensifies!) (Positive)

Harugumo: that torp turret traverse is a travesty. The "new" gun turret traverse is about the same as Jervis, which isn't bad.

Daring: "With this upgrade mounted, you never have to use HE again". 80% less fire chance means 1% fire chance with that upgrade mounted.

Salem: jingle bells, jingle bells, AR all the way.

Stalingrad: more gun range on that ship is pointless.

Bourgogne: that's something Yuro would get behind. Sacrificing Concealment is something people would think about.

Daring, Default reload is 2.5 secs. 18% is 0.45 secs, so new reload with the legendary mode will be 2.05 secs. Scary stuff indeed. 

I love this DD but if I were to look at my last 50 battles in Daring, and remove my fire damage and only have my raw HE damage, (using IFHE but not DE) they are not overly impressive numbers, even in the better games. Her AP is very workable but nerfing the HE fire chance to almost nothing is I think too much. Now with fire starting ability almost removed your HE isn't worth using against anything bigger than a DD. I constantly switch between AP and HE anyway during battle as Daring's AP is very potent against cruiser and BB broadsides, even against DDs that broadside to get more guns off against you. Maybe with the accuracy buff her AP will be usable against angled targets with a good aim. I'm on the fence about this one, will have to see how it plays if it gets released with these numbers.

 

Harugumo, not so sure more rapid fire HE is what the game needs right now. Not saying that I could come up with a better idea for the legendary mod as I probably couldn't, but as an owner of the ship I don't feel that more HE fire power is what this ship or the game needs. For me buffing her weaknesses such as some tweaking to her turning circle and rudder shift to make her a bit more nimble (with slight nerfs to her guns and torps) would have been something I would have liked more. Can't help but feel that due to so many complaints about IJN DD being weak WG are doing the classic Knee jerk reaction and making Harugumo a ridiculously strong gunboat with this legendary module. Don't get me wrong I love my IJN ships, but in fairness to game balance and enjoyment (for those on the receiving end) I think this is way over the top. 

Don't have Stalingrad, Salem or Bourgogne so I cannot comment.
 

Good news but not good news...…… I'm already grinding 16 of these legendary modules. (almost completed Yamato and Montana) Now I possibly have to do 2 more.

I have a feel you can make Daring penalty into -100% chance of setting fires and it still be superior to other choices in ranked and CB

Stalingrad is a choice, a bad one in ranked and CB but can be great in random.

Harugumo is just, why tho
