Problem with claiming PT rewards

So I have just claimed PT rewards from the link given in the post. Before I click Claim, I double checked and saw that I was eligible for some flags and a 1 day premium time. I then proceed clicking the claim button, and in the game I see I received all the flags, but not the premium time. Is there a problem in WG side? Please confirm and make it right soon because I have timed the claim just now to match my free time in the next 24h so I can get the most out of it. With this glitch, the plan just went to garbage bin and it's really sucks
