On return to port gave me 10 as well.

Something about "1 year since your first battle" - it's been longer than that!

I got 10 as well.

I'm guessing 10 is max.

I only see a few 50% bonuses. How does that even make it "Best camo ever"? Small buff for everything isn't much of any use. (Well if you have nothing else, then ya, better than nothing I guess).

This camo has -50% repair...well i think it is the best free camo for tX ship
