翻查了一下戰艦世界百科對於「山本五十六」艦長的解釋。

After activation, the ship's main battery gun reload time is reduced by -34%, its torpedo reload speed and squadron reload time is reduced by -16%, and it steadily repairs up to 48% of its health over 120 seconds. The healing functions identically to the Repair Party consumable. [1]

根據官方百科的解釋，損失的HP 值是有「可回復HP」和「不可回復HP」分別。維修小組消耗品只能回復有限的「可回復HP」[2]。有時候戰艦受到損傷，即使有維修小組消耗品可用，但是也無法恢復艦隻的血量。山本五十六艦長的特殊技能亦遵從這個規則（參見：上述原用中標記[1]），雖然毋須耗用消耗品，但是亦只能恢復遊戲引擎界定的「可回復HP」。

 

從這張截圖判斷，閣下的蔵王並沒有任何「可回復HP」。就是山本五十六元帥也無能為力。
