Apologies to KOTS officials

First of all, i apologies for accusing KOTS officials of  further penalizing  a clan without proper investigation. I did not properly check the facts and went straight on to accusing of breaching neutrality.

And comparing the handling of rules from officials of KOTS SEA with KOTS EU was harsh and unfair. I sincerely apologize to the officials of KOTS SEA.
