About the way of becoming customer supertest now

By searching the key word of 'supertest' in the forum I find that the LATEST announcement of the recruitment for the supertest is in September 24th, 2016. So how could those new guys become the new supertest members?

...all right. It seems i didn`t know about that teleplay. But seriously, there is no doubt that some people became new supertest members after that chance. Why did no one mention it or ask the new way about it?
