Some suggestions for in-match tooltips and Halloween mode

Only 2, but I hope WarGaming look into it.

 

In-match tool-tips:

+ Reload time for main guns and torpedoes should be updated if your ship's captain has Adrenaline Rush activated. Reload time for secondary guns should be displayed too, but this is optional.

 

Halloween Operations: 

+ Certain Halloween consumables should have their range displayed on the minimap, for example, Magnu-S' Repair Zone consumable.
