Are premium ships will remains permanently in the arsenal?

Just wondering. Is there any plan from WG to replace some of the premium ships in the arsenal?

Was wondering about this too. Hope they bring back Belfast. Anyway, the new tier 8 US heavy Cruiser Wichita sounds promising.

I was reading somewhere (can't remember where it was or I would link to it) that the arsenal contents get updated every 6 months or so. Next time is in December I believe. Info I read may be outdated by now anyway.

This doesn't include limited time events like current RN event etc.. etc... which are simply a new category added and then removed to the arsenal
