Crash, Stuck on Loading, AFK on battle

This bug happen when I update windows 10 version from 1709 to 1803

1. Description
Crash, WoWs won't open, Stuck on loading, game always shutter, Game Black Screen

2. Reproduction steps
Click any ships
Start a game
and boom, bug occurs

3. Result
Starting a game,  a long period of loading and after that it stuck then Black screen

 

5. Technical details
I forgot to screenshot but I remembered when crash it says "game aborted bla bla bla. . . ."
