High resolution flags mod

This is a MOD which will destroy the efforts made to make the game comfortable.
Anyway, putting this will increase the flag file size from 10 MB to 85 MB.

・It is compatible with nearby versions.
 In most cases, it can be applied to both the official version and the test version.
・I reworked some flags.
・Changed the aspect ratio to almost the same as the historical naval flag.
・Flags with complex figures have expanded the size by a factor of four.
・DXT compression is not used. So the picture is not broken.
・I have repaired the flags that have not been reworked, if necessary.

In the unmodified state, there is noise on Union Jack or the head of the manjuu.

There is almost no difference, but in unmodified state, you can see that jaggies are occurring due to low resolution.

Actually, Since there are few opportunities to stare at the flag, this is meaningless MOD.

I'm sorry, I fixed it.

・ When compiling the sprite into a single image, we narrowed the sprite.
 Therefore, some flags could be displayed in odd positions.

I made an appearance change on the file.
There is no functional change.

When I reconsidered the structure of the flag once again the left side of the flag was meaningless and it was dark color so I fixed it.
Also, I slightly changed the aspect ratio of signal flags alpha and bravo.

When I changed the screen resolution, I experimented with what resolution the program refers to the image,
5120 × 2880: On the flag setting screen, the 4x image is referred to.
2560 × 1377: On the flag setting screen, images of 2x and 4x are mixed.
1920 × 1080: On the flag setting screen, 4x image is faintly referenced.

From the above results, it was found that 2x was enough if full HD  was used.
Therefore, I prepared a lightweight version.

It is reduced from 85.3MB to 42.6MB, but it has no influence as shown in the picture.
There is no blurring in the signal flag in front, and the chain of the Azur Lane flag in the back is well depicted.
