This gives you the ability to get the new war camo for the stalin. This is the differentiator between those that have enough steel but didnt get the typhoon wins. And those that did. Ie. You can drive a stalin without war camo because you got steel elsewhere. The ones rocking the camo are the ones that got 3 stalinflags.
