Send a message to support, on the wargaming website, with the above information, I don't know much about apple computers, other than they use a sort of wrapper (?) Program to help it load... They might be able to help you to enjoy WoWS in much more comfortable environment. Once again, please accept our apology for the inconvenience!

Then right click on it and select 'get info'. Then select the option 'open in low resolution' That worked for me.
1 [AR15] Yukikaze_da_1 Member 23 posts 13,930 battles Report post #6 Posted April 1, 2019 You play in macOS or Windows? I recommend you to install Windows with the BootCamp of macOS and play WOWS in Windows. I am using MacBook Pro Retina 13" 2017. I used to play the macOS version while there are always crushes and low graphic performance....

It freezes and locks up 3 or 4 times a battle. I recommend that the game producer either fix it or withdraw itself from offering it as a Mac option. The Internet is rife with complaints and the producer providing ZERO support even when paid for. Shame shame shame!!

1 edwinedwin633 Member 12 posts 6,093 battles Report post #9 Posted April 27, 2019 I sent an email to CodeWeavers support in earlier days about my freezing problem and they replied to me "Thanks for writing us. The crashes you are describing are most likely due to the application running out of addressable memory, a limitation of 32-bit applications. We're working on a 64-bit update for Wargaming, but until that is released, the best ways to mitigate the crashes are to lower your graphics settings if you haven't already, and to quit/relaunch the game between matches. If you find that you are unable to get through even the first match without crashing, I would try completely removing and reinstalling the game. There are a few hidden files and directories that need to be removed in addition to the game itself, so we've created an uninstall script you can run." However, even though I reinstalled the game and lower my settings, the game still keeps crashing. It's really frustrating.
