tier 6 is full of battleship premiums. Cruisers are not great that much. But the Molotov, then that Italian cruiser you can look for.

Perth is the best for now

The Perth is the pick of Premium T6 cruisers. However its premium ship benefits are wasted. The national line it is in, has no tree ships.

You may consider the USN T7 cruisers.

  • The Atlanta is a very light CL with 8 x 2 5"(DD) guns. It is very situational in random battles.
  • The Indianapolis, a Portland Class CA with radar. It will melt in a gunfire exchange of any length.
  • The Boise, a Brooklyn Class CL with a repair party. It is similar to the T7 tree ship Helena. It has the same weak side armour, restricted MB range and high shell arcs.

The T6 Molotov is a Kiev class. It plays well but can not take any punishment.

The T6 Makarov  is a re-skinned Nurmberg. Get the tree ship instead.

The Graf Spee is an interesting ship. It is a cruiser hull with 11" guns. Its not my cup of tea. It has 2 x 3 11" with 20 second reload and 25 second 180 time. The torps are good with 8km range at 65 kts. The Survivability is very good with just under 40K HP.

The De Grasse is an option. It has the usual MM gimmicks which allow an otherwise below par ship to shine occasionally.

The Huange is what happens when you take a Modified Leander, cut 15m(50') out of the middle of it. Then you attach the end bits together. 25% less firepower on a shortened hull.

The Italian firecracker is available but why?

Cheers
