Penalty for the WG server being down.. FFS

Well nice work WG.  I just clicked start battle but the Asia server went down just after this.  Confirmed this by my net still working fine for all other sites, and when i tried to restart the client the update server also would not connect.  So then I log in later and I'm pink for 3 games for 'quitting early'.   This is totally retarded.
