US light cruisers

I have all US CA from T6 to 9 ...but didn't get the light cruiser of the same level...I only got the T8 cleavland....has anyone else got this problem?

no because they just came this patch

Cleveland came before 0.7.6

1.you had T6 Cleveland before

2.you got the mission to skip to get T8 Cleveland

3.unlike sub branch IJN DD it similar sub VMF DD Ogevoi was T6 and moved to T8 or Udaloi was T9 moved to T9 in sub branch VMF DD no matter you played to T10 just have it

I have Pensacola new orlens and baltimore in my port...so dont I get the t6 t7 and t9 light cruisers for free...they are not even researched in the tech tree...shouldnt I get them when i update to 7.6

No.

The changes only happens in main line except cleveland.
