I agree that it should be skipped.

But its not like its unplayable , it just need a pantsu island to hide its face 99% of the time to do its job. And seriously , CL lines are like that all the time.

Seattle is division material , if you are a loner , shame on you.

i skipped it. would rather spend the credits on a fully upgraded ship that could be used for clan battles than having to grind seattle.

Seattle is somewhat map dependent, not a ship you want to take out on Ocean Map that's for sure.

The ability to kite is also a little annoying seeing your having to show a little too much side to get all the guns off. Thing is if you let anything get that close to you, you still have radar as it's detection range is almost the same as your own detected range. 

You have to be hyper aware of the mini map and what is around you. Have an escape plan ready if you do need to bail. Use the concealment to slip in and out of situations.

if you have played Cleveland

just like that but bad firing angle, AA just too far 5/3.5/2 unlike Neptune has 4 ranges 6/5/3.5/2 and turret travelling up to 25s 180degree with reload mod 

total still same play style American cruiser

>find island/smoke
