KONGZHONGWANG CORPORATION(the local agent)always told me they can not reach an agreement with Waraming.net Limited. Please tell me what is the obstacles,such as price、Legal、Operation mode? So I can make a decision to change the server or find anther game to play. If you can't answer, please tell me where to ask.
