pls buff Japanese warship and nerf United Kingdom's ship

playing Japanese DD , CL was not fun at all nowadays

I miss the old days that WOWS just have Japan line and America line

RN CL: Easy to citadel, AP only ship 

IJN ships: have slow reload but their damage output is better plus better armour protection.

Slow gun but penetrate anything and thick armor when bow on 

5.4 km detection and get torped from nowhere 

Do you don't need any place for other nations standing? 

What is equality you mean for? 

USN CV still outmatched except for Saipan
